Safety

A few things we won't do

Creative AI is easy to misuse. These are our limits — stated here and enforced in the product, not just written down.

The AI mark stays on

Every output carries an identifying mark. Pro hides the visible badge; the embedded watermark and metadata stay. Several jurisdictions require AI content to be identifiable.

Checked in three places

Your uploads, your prompts and the finished result all pass through moderation. Minors, real public figures and adult content are blocked.

Clone only your own voice

Before cloning, you confirm the recording is yours. We keep that consent on record, and a cloned voice is never offered to anyone else.

Erasing text is not watermark removal

Remove text and AI erase are for tidying your own material — not for stripping someone else's watermark.

Before you download

Questions people actually ask

Is Poze free?
Yes. You get free runs every day without paying anything, and they reset at midnight in your own time zone. Poze Pro removes the daily ceiling and unlocks the heavier models — you only need it once you're making things every day.
Do I need an account to try it?
No. Guest mode is fully featured — open the app and make something. Link an account when you want your work and credits to follow you to a new phone, which a guest account can't do.
Do you train AI models on my photos?
No. Your uploads and your results are not used to train models, ours or anyone else's, and our providers are contractually barred from training on them. Details in the Privacy Policy.
Can I use what I make commercially?
Yes — you own your outputs and may use them personally or commercially. What's on you is what you asked for: someone's likeness, a protected character or a recognisable brand stays your responsibility. See the Terms and Content Policy.
What happens if a generation fails?
The credits come back automatically — you don't have to ask, and the refund shows in Me → Credit history. Cancelling a job that hasn't started yet also refunds in full.
Is there an iPhone version?
Android is live on Google Play today. The iOS build is in review; the same account and credits will work on it.
How do I cancel Pro?
In your Google Play or App Store subscription settings, at least 24 hours before it renews. Deleting the app doesn't cancel it — this catches people out, so do it there first. More on billing.
